This was discussed after they bought the Arizona properties. Exploration would reasonably take a few tens of millions. Say they decide they need $40 million, they would have to keep ten cents a share. We hope we get well over $1 a share, so it shouldn't eat up a lot of the liquidity event.

And somebody else said Ernesto would want cash, so they wouldn't be able to keep it all, but he might go along with something like $20-$40 million if the Arizona properties look promising to him.
