Hoghead, can you define "feasibility notice" for us? What in your mind is this? The "feasibility notice" is the certified Positive Feasibility Study and the list of qualified expenditures according to the agreement. If it consists of these two things then management has fulfilled our part of the agreement and the clock is ticking. Why would Teck be in discussions then if we did not fulfill our agreement with them? It would seem like a waste of their`s and our time just to go thru the motions of discussing a deal if they felt we didn`t fulfill our end of the deal no?
