I take this to mean

a) We have not heard back from Teck and therefore the Feasability Study has been accepted. I was told by Elmer that the FS was accepted months ago. They have no issues as the timeline for review has passed.

b) They have not heard from Teck on their decision re: back in vs. buyout. They have clearly stated already that they are not requesting the shares until Teck decides what and how much.

This is all beating a dead horse people. We will NOT hear anything from CUU , formal or informal until they know Teck's position.
