Teck has a back in right to the project. Currently copper fox owns through expenditure, 100% of the project.

I am a CopperFox investor and have a question regarding an article at the below website.

The tone of the article indicates (from the content and listing Teck as a partner) that Copper Fox and Teck are undergoing a Joint Venture agreement for proceeding with construction. Is this true?
