This insiders list gives a lot of clues where David McDonald stands. Since he should know more then we do, lets check his trade pattern.

1. His positions of the number of stocks stays the same or more, he always buys back.

2. And this is more important as far i am concerned, he trades with little volumes. he does this for two reasons: 1 so he can easilier match his orders with other buyers/sellers, but 2 more importantly also because he doesn't want to be trading with a large position (for instance having sold a large quantity for a quick buck) when buy out comes. He is just killing time here and making a buck while doing it and my take on this is that he is expecting a buy-out.

As you guys know I don't have an all seeing eye or inside information, but it is reassuring for me.
