I don't have a reference for that, but I do have an email from Mike in late 2011 where I asked him about the Liard/Teck agreement that covered the 4-year clause, and whether or not we would also be subject to that clause when we earned our Liard shares. A similar sort of comment was made about that legal contract.

This was his reply:

You are entering a minefield of legal issues here with no easy answer.
Having said that one has to keep in mind that upon completion of a
positive feasibility study Copper Fox would own about 80% of Liard
(Teck's 78% and the additional shares acquired this year by CUU).
