You are entering a minefield of legal issues here with no easy answer.
Having said that one has to keep in mind that upon completion of a
positive feasibility study Copper Fox would own about 80% of Liard
(Teck's 78% and the additional shares acquired this year by CUU).

We can be confident our top-notch management at CUU is negotiating that minefield of legal issues by holding hands with Teck's executives around a boardroom table and singing Kumbaya, but not singing too loudly because it is a "quiet period."

Excuse the sarcasm. I'm bored to tears. And tired. And frustrated. The wait has been gruelling.
