A company buy out NR would halt the stock for ever. I would think the NR for this would come after hours anyway. Payout to follow in the following week or two I believe.

A back-in decision NR would halt the stock temporarily as this represents a huge change in the ownership of the company's main project but the company still exists. Halt lifted the next day perhaps.

A buy out offer NR however may not cause a halt. I want to be watching CUU when that happens LOL! CF would be in no hurry to accept any such offer as you would expect competiting bids to start flowing in during the following months.
