The CUU office confirmed to me today that Monday is the last day (#45). Missing that date would put us off-side with the regulatory authorities. Any extension request would have to be for good reason, and I'm not sure the lack of a signature or two since Dec. 21 would hold much weight as an excuse (office didn't say that). My impression from our discussion is ... this week. The darn thing is 10,800 pages in length and this is what will be delivered to Teck. The SEDAR summary is ready to go. So we've got 4 business days in total and one very long week-end to go at worst, perhaps 2-3 days at best. Shorters - close your positions.
