BFS to Teck 45 days max = 31 Jan 2013 then Teck has 120 days tp make a decision = 3 Jun 2013.

And I don't expect the BFS to Teck to go beyond next week. So the 120 days brings us in May, perfect timing.

At that point we'll know what Teck is doing (and I don't think we'll find out in 120 days).

I expect Teck to take us out but if they back in great. We'll be using their money for the ''Inferrred to Measured'' program while buyers line up. And we wait for our EA.
