All section had been received and 22 of all 24 sections had all been reviewd at least 3 times before Elmer even left on Vacation.

Here's the problem. Elmer came back from a 2 week vacation on Tuesday in the middle of a share price crash attack. With 3 days left in the week, he spent 2 days talking to nervous shareholders on the phone.

Elmer and Mike were both at TT on Friday getting things done and they all want this out next week before the show. (MES also confirmed their intention).

My initial point 2 weeks ago was that this was not going to take the full 45 days.
