Thanks SweetCrystal, I went back over Web's blogs and noted the following:

The Dec 22 blog was the cat out of the bag, when I re-read that one it confimed IMO what we're really going to do next i.e. wait for Teck to buy us out, if we don't get the offer we like then use the option money to drill up and prove the 171MM te inferred, plus all the other hot spots that ES has mapped out.

Teck tock teck tock...win win IMO.
