These are points that we have rehashed over and over again. They are reasons why CUU is such a compelling story. It's a junior company that has shrewdly positioned itself to be able to dictate a number of key terms to Goliath (Teck).

That's partly what makes the waiting so difficult, in addition to the complete lack of communication. Either Teck plays nice and gives EE a handsome premium or EE plays his cards in a way that leaves Teck in a bad spot.

So get that damn 120-day clock ticking!
