Your nadir, your right on the money, we have some people here that are enthused one day and negative the next, pretending , all the while, to be the most informed person on the board. someone said in the past, a legend in his own mind.

The intricities of this deal are, obviously , way beyond his scope, but in order to appease his ego he must keep posting his crap, while pretending to represent a lot of moneyed people.

I don't buy it and never have. too many negatives in that equasion.

This buyout will happen soon, in my opinion, when all the parties can arrive at a neutral position in the negotiations. until then, it's wait, and wait some more.

Both parties will do whatever they have to, to arrive at a conclusion, and if it involves some price suppresion to keep it in the ball park, so be it.

Our money is the most important in the world, but so is theirs, and they have the opportunity and the knowledge, to do something about it. trust in management, you've done it so far, and we'll soon be winners.
