for me is, why did they build a large warehouse at Stewart now, when, according to the agreement, they had until March 31, 2019 to inform the port of their intentions.

We know the mine will be at least 4 years in the making, probably a lot more, and it's too far from the mine site for equipment storage...so why now.....chunky
