Of all the discussion today the fact that we are late for an announcement of our annual g.m. is to me, most intriguing. I've just sent an email to the B.C securities comm. to determine how long they can legelly exceed 12 mo. and if there are exceptions to the 55 day prior notice rule.

If anyone has an acct. with a money manager like Eric Sprott, David Baskin, Peter Brieger etc. they would have a valid reason to ask their opinion of TCKs recent manouvers and to try to get this story out. the more TCK is forced to the surface, the sooner we may get this done...chunky
