Another note, he said that Copper Fox approached Teck to revise the legal agreement/document but Teck would have no interest in that. Take that as you will.

That's strange, I was told it was the other way around....

Maybe CUU wants to keep 100% the property they are buying so that it's not part of the back in and Teck said no.

Go back to Web's Q&A session (mid dec) with Elmer, they didn't want to play around with the contract.

8. Can the project be sold in zones?

A.It could by mutual agreement but CUU does not want to tinker with the contract and sees no value in that. Given that, everyone has their price. We are content to plug along developing share holder value.
