Agree, Elmer might be a great specialist in his field of expertise - geology - but he sure lacks management skills. It is all about managing expectations which he obviously failed to do several times now.

Anyway I won't sell a single share because I am confident that Elmer, since he is a geologist at heart, will deliver nothing less than a high quality BFS and RE.
