I hate to say it but I think we need new leadership at the helm. Elmer may be a great geologist but there is something to be lacking about his role as CEO. A CEO should be on top of things like this and in the loop as to what is going on at all times. His failed timelines and excuses just do not wash with me anymore. I am bitterly disappointed as all here are but will hold on to the end. What choice do we have? This is still a great play even if management has dropped the ball. I hope the directors on board seriously consider a rearrangement of roles here to restore some confidence. Who is with me here on this? Do we need new leadership to get this ship back on course?
