Have always thought of it as the Merriam Webster Dictionary states:

"Acceptable to/ or for a Bank"

"Profitable"

The precise Terms & Cond. of how or o/wise that any Funding agency would bankroll a Project & expected ROI are of course theirs to lay down/ decide.

IMHO we will be very profitable esp. with a Production Cost of Negative .32 Cents/ Lb. (Based on old 2007#'s) -Not too many Producers in a Market Downturn or Price War could compete with this. Since we expect the Cu Market to grow Who knows what we are really worth????
