I gave my opinion like many on this board, yet you responded to me, not everyone?
Once again, it is just my opinion. Everytime when one puts their target number on what they believe the stock will be purchased for do you expect that he or she must logg a break down ?
We have had many break down numbers on this board as well as SH board. Some numbers have been from 1 dollar to 25 dollars. Some agree and some disagree.
Many things I have said you are repeating, just in a different way, which adds to speculation of future mine growth. Without more drill results to come in a complete target price cannot be established,hence my opinion. After reading many posts that have concerned Elmer and Mike, others are lead to believe that we are at the tip of the ice berg. Much more property to test, I for one have had comunications with Mike and Elmer, I myself get the same impression that this mine has HUGE value. This is been posted many times. Many will load up or purchase stock because of reading posts and speeking with CUU stock holders. So I guess its kinda like buying a lottery ticket. We could wait for results, but then im afraid you`ll be spending more money.
Best thing is that Teck does not back in.
Just the initial RE is 60 Billion no counting the extra zones and current 2011 assays.
400 million shares / 60billion = $150
$150 *10% = $15

But Teck will back in...
So 400 million / 60 Billion = $150
$150 x 25% = $37,50
$37,50 x 10% = $3.75 (minimum minimum minimum) still a short term 3 bagger.
Then you add the the news zones....the Teck agreement value (paying 4x expenditures and funding of the mine)
Just think what will happen to the SP when the BFS comes out and then when Teck elects to back in....
All this as we get more assays...and EA work.
I will tell you now, that I cut and paste this. The reason being, everything that I read on this I believe to be true and accurarte. But then again this is just my opinion.
Ya know JayJ, your probebly a nice person, trying to invest in a stock like everyone else, learning from others on this board that are much more qualified than you or I. This could have simply been avoided by how you responded to my original post. You must remember, 99% of all take out target prices are guesses, but some are very good guesses. Some I believe and some I do not. Yet I read the post then move on, ( simple )
