I asked Elmer about this specifically about EE taking over the entire company. If I recall our conversation correctly, he said it was possible but unlikely. I believe he mentioned that the courts take a dim look upon a major shareholder trying to take the company privately and forcing the minority shareholders to sell. I believe he said that that this scenario would be imprudent for all parties involved at this juncture when we are so close to the BFS.

It was a while ago that I had this conversation with him, so my memory is a tad vague but this was the jist of it in my opinion.
