He will fetch a fair price based on the economics of this jurisdictionally-safe, environmentally-benign, hugely-profitable, poly-metalic 100-year mining district.

The above auction may have actually started already, first behind the scenes and if unsatisfactory bids are tendered then the auction becomes a public one.

Because insiders own the majority of shares, we may not hear of a any offer until the 'done-deal' news release hits the wire and the stock is halted, permanently...

No insider buying in over three weeks....this must be a record stretch. Wonder why...
