I think what's happening is becoming more obvious. The 3 that quit had a hissy fit because their plans were turned down. These guys probably pushed for the JV in the first place when the company was in a bad position because of world markets.Now that world Armageddon hasn't appeared (yet) there's no need to pursue a JV..IMHO it was wise to put off continued JV until after the 4th quarter results..If the results are as good as they claim then CLL will be, then a much better deal can be struck..IMHO THE 3 THAT QUIT had their over sized EGO'S hurt..Who knows maybe it was their bad leadership that put CLL in a bad position in the first place.
