The guy is merely following the lead of the forum President in a campaign of misinformation.

I'm assuming he's trying to use shareholder equity as the value of the company..Shareholder equity is currently about 515 million or $1.15 per share if book value is used.There's a deliberate attempt as seen on this board and SH to seriously undervalue CLL. The going argument is that all of 1p and 2p reserves shouldn't be included in company value. I'd argue that the reason a sale is being pushed is because money managers that bought low are looking for a quick flip and profit.Another possibility is that SP was driven down and once again being pushed back because someone wants CLL and is trying to force a ridiculously low price or a hostile takeover.
