Good article but it'll never happen for 2 reasons.

1- Obama and his green enviro Nazis will be gone next year. So with increasing tensions in the Middle east and a Republican President and both houses of Congress the pipeline will be built as the U.S realizes that they've got 2 choices, buy our oil or drill their own.

2- There's no way in hell with all the money from around the world invested in the Oil sands will they allow themselves to be landlocked. A pipeline WILL BE BUILT, if not to America then to B.C where the oil will be shipped to China. IMO just the threat of building a pipeline to the West Coast for sale to China will force the U.S do one of two things, 1- agree to the pipeline or invade and seize our natural resources.
