To my knowledge a dissident shareholder group would have to emerge and push to force to have seats on the board which then could result in vote for a takeover at a specific price. Shareholders are under no obligation to accept the price.
IN the case of CSG I caqn't see much chance of that happening unless enough people are willing to give up their shares.
