It is also odd that they have picked CPN to get behind. The 15.5% IRR on Rovina is worse that other projects that they have declared worthless. As irritating as the guy's virulent personality is, he seems to get a lot of reads and references by virtue of the fact that he is one of the only writers to take a negative viewpoint in a predominantly promo business.
