From SH CCB board:

Look at the drill results

Investors considering this stock should ignore the pumpers on this board and take a close look at the drill results presented in the Technical Report, available on SEDAR.

The high grade graphite occurs in very narrow veins, mostly less than 50 cm wide, with some lower grade material disseminated in the rock at either side of the main vein.

How do they expect to mine this? In Sri Lanka, the miners excavate a narrow shaft and send a labourer down a rope ladder to dig out the graphite with a hammer and chisel. If he brings up a bucketful of graphite, he more than pays for his $2/day wage. Somehow, I don't see that happening in Canada.

The top 5 metres or so might be mined with a backhoe, but once you get below that, you will have to clear out enough waste rock to provide an access into the pit, and room to operate equipment. You will have to cut the rock walls back in benches, usually the best case bench angle is around 45 degrees. A 20 metres deep pit, with 10 metres width for equipment at the bottom, the pit will be at least 50 metres wide at the top. It does not make any sense to excavate all that waste rock to reach an ore body that is only 1.5 metres wide.

All of the talk about purity and endless announcements about processes and tests are just smoke and mirrors, hiding the fact that this deposit has no value beyond the tiny quarrying operation that it once was.
