As of Jan 6, 2015, CCB had 11.2M warrants outstanding. Today’s sp is $.23.

If the warrants that are in the money are exercised it will bring in $884,272 to the treasury as follows:

Feb 1, 2015 500,000 @ $.20 = $100,000

Mar 1, 2015 3.85M @ $.20= $770,000

June 23,2015 89,280 @ $.16= $14,272

In 2015, CCB has another 4,677,000 warrants that are exercisable at prices between $.25 and $.40. If exercised, this would bring in another $1,428,000 for a total of $2.3M.

Anyone want to bet that all the 2015 warrants will all be exercised?
