Yeah...probably some of BOTH. But here is my point.

We were at .0092 a week ago, then slipped to .007 area...and it took over 4 million shares of buying just to get it back up to .0092.

I think I am with both BOUTS and pmseeker....not sure if it will be status quo [or] new management....just want to get away from this image and see some beef....move up [or] move on.....pic
