Hey...it's not just using a no-no word; it's how it is applied and how many times used. You made three references with that word.  There are several posts still up here that made a single reference with the word "idiot"...this being one.

Just read the rules and you will know what to avoid.. And be careful not to hammer the same point repeatedly. 

An innocent post was removed today for simply using a large font....that was construed as shouting and someone complained. 

The consensus here is that management needs to step up or step out....the basic expectation for most any pubically traded company. The BRVO ball is rolling in the wrong direction. It is more than obvious. It is unbecoming.
