Penny and his crew claim to be buying shares, but cant even get it to a .01 "penny". So maybe they are just trading....we should soon know.

Also this...SO MUCH TIME has passed without a 10-Q, that one must now consider that there are other reasons beside a new accounting firm. Maybe all are waiting to see if/how the SEC comes down. There were supposedly complaints files prior to the Sept, 2016 ASM.

At this point, pic is really disappointed and leery with all current BRVO mgt.

If there is a back up plan, bring it on! As "The Donald" said to Black Americans, "Give it a chance. What more could you lose".
