Fair enough Penny, but the red flag is that 10-Qs are not difficult at all if you have the template...just make numerical adjustments and change comments, dates, etc...then file it.

Either JK or PP should have been able to do this, then have MW sign it. This really stinks!

There is another reason why 10-Q delayed!
