Then who is running things ans why? Sometimes things happen that transend technicals and current officers...like years of bad history or a disgruntled ambusher.

Fact is the OS reduction of 33% is a BIGGIE! And a clean and promising 10-Q should come soon. This current perception of valuation is frustration...that's where my focus is at present...searching for answers.
