Of course I am hopeful...still own shares.

Fact is that the Board members issued themselves PREFERRED stock JUST "to take control and remove past management". So now we read they could "potentially" lower the conversion rate....but what I SEE is the considerable dilution that has taken place...added to the PQ massacre of share structure.

Sure, they are trying to create optimism as per the last 2 press releases, but it is the share structure vs profit structure that really matters, and neither are going as yet in a shareholder friendly direction......pic
