My observation is yes and no. Another thing the Hughes companies are famous for is rarely reporting the final financing numbers. To add to the confusion is their style of exploration drilling. Unless they are drilling to support a 43-101, they only drill enough holes to be relatively sure what they have, then they go and drill elsewhere, and so on. At least until now they have only needed to announce a discovery to get a pop in share price. That however is not happening now and don't know their thoughts about changing their technique.

Even if half was spent on drilling, there is no way to guess how much will be spent on any one property.

Since they have burned over 20 million shares since December just how many shares will be out in 18 month? That is the real question that begs an answer.
