This was my first one to him so I figure I have to start out nice. Normally when I've spoken to people at MSHA I haven't been grilling them for answers as an investor, but an interested party in what the origin of the Miner Act was intended...which is true. I started following the Miner Act after the story of Sago because of my grandfather being a coal miner in NL and stumbled across ACT during that time.

I may not hear from him either, but we gotta get some answers from somewhere. I was wondering if anyone tried calling some of the other companies invloved like L-3 or Rajant for their take on the situation.
