The volume took out the overhang that built up there at 0.045. We are up that half penny and bids are building up at 0.045 with no changes on the ask. It will remain to be seen what it was all about, but I'll be glad if it even gets us back to that 0.05-0.055 stalement we've seen since November. 0.04 makes me nervous. No other trades in almost an hour makes me think it was not a news/rumour type thing, but maybe just a pre-arranged trade/cross.

The more I thought about it, the more I tend to think that he may be now "just" a Board member. For years, he was ACT. For them not to even mention that he was leaving would be very strange. Even the worst CEOs out there get at the very least a "we wish him luck in his future endeavors..."-type news release.

That's the way I read it too. He owns 1.25 million shares and over 5 million options exerciseable from May 2011 - Apr 2014 at prices from 0.11-0.53.

It's unclear what becomes of Steve in this. Is he out or just switching seats with Mr Abbene?
