Took a quick look at this one - not bad overall. Good location - Santa Cruz is the Quebec of Argentina (gotta be careful here, some Argentine provinces are hostile to mining). Geology looks good - low sulfide. 36.6M shares out, not bad - broker warrants @ 8% on the last financing - guess you take what you can get right now. Good timing on the placement though.
One small concern - no mention in their Nov. 24th release on the structure of the JV or the fact that Coeur is doing most of the work. Would be nice if they'd included that.
Looking at a price chart, the latest run doesn't have as much substance as the previous one, and there's a nasty great gap there. Since the news is somewhat preliminary, I'd probably want to see that filled before I step up.
