Ignited... I called PTSC several weeks ago and got right through to Cliff. Although it would be unethical to share my conversation publically, he did listen to all of my frustrations, concerns and answered all of my questions up to a point (from a legal standpoint). I will tell you that I stressed to CF that IMO he needs to do everything in his power to completely remove DL from the equation going forward. I certainly don't believe it's a stretch to say the future of PTSC depends on it. The BK proceedings are critical and must go our way for us to have any chance of seeing an improved SP. Again, my opinion only.

It appears from those who have attended the trial that our lawyers have put their best foot forward. Certainly, my hope is that it translates to a resounding victory but there is a great sense of satisfaction that our team did an admirable job.

Every day in court is a victory where we don't settle.

Frankly, I'm pleasantly surprised we keep moving forward toward a verdict.

Let's hope there is no last minute mea culpa from either side.
