Thursday at 5pm Kilo Gold issued a NR announcing the resignation of the CEO and COO.

Today the stock closed at 0.22, up 0.03 for a gain of almost 16%.

Anybody seen anything like that happen before?

It does appear that Whaler is gone, but the board still has a good supply of Wailers.
