Re: Who cares for the shareholders

so lets see you are suggesting we all get together and give management a hard time at this critical point in time as they are not trying hard enough to get us the best value for our investment, and surely we know best how to handle the affairs of this company, is this your thinking...whit

Relations with bod.

should we as a group elect/appoint a ag forum shareholder rep. then have said rep aproach board with our concern of being treated as a pain in th a$$ and our concern of BOD's compensation etc. we could ask for reasonable response to queries directed through said rep. if board then blows us off I think it is time to assign our proxy"s to said rep, increase our holdings and demand forthright and honest treatment... I personaly don't care if share price drops to .10 for a time, I am no lawyer but I can not believe that our percentage of s hare holdings is meaningless, all that is needed is some modicom of recognition that we are part of our company's past and future.. imho

response to management

this may be over simplifying our dillema, but if we all increased our holdings by 16% or so we can decide who we have run our company... my vote would be get R.N back, I'm sure he knows who to trust now. I will be doing my part when markets open

Re: NOT is a jewel of the industry.... but, - Sum4All

Herb, I am sure that the majority of us little guys share these same cocerns, I know I sure do. Going private seems as it would likely be complicated with probably having to hold another vote and you know the vultures are going to be dead set against it..

also I'm sure there are some dedicated holders who also buy and sell portions of their holdings from time to time. a share offering to current holders as kareema sugests helps the little guys but how do you exclude those that may not have our best interests foremost as it is strictly business to them. I am certain that protecting the retail investor will be high on the agenda once we get through this gut wrenching unsolicited offer of help that we have been subjected to for our own good.. oh yeah maybe NOT will keep and frame a few of those yeller sheets and give them to the volunteers led by glorieux..THANKS again guys and gals.
