Why do we many times see in the news/print that another company wins or loses a suit against another company?

are you saying that neither asked nor wanted an NDA about the outcome??? doesn't make sense to me (imo). 

just trying to keep it real here.

imo... this has happened before. many times the downward pressure has been just before something positive is announced. the volume has picked up for no apparent reason/news. I believe someone knows something... again imo only.

Pravda... nice post. your just going to drive yourself crazy trying to make sense out of some of the decisions that are made. hope the strategy of holding long pays off for many here.
