This information was leaked last year that Allana will get financing from AFREXIM bank. I am sure bank had some conditions like mining permit/off take agreements etc etc., which Allana has secured all of them.

Exactly same thing happened with ICL participation; news was leaked last year in August 2013 while management announced this year.
