Other "transformative projects" supported by our tax dollars include the auto industry. Canadian resource extraction and development might be a better use of tax money than that.

A gradual selling process may account for the weakness in share price over the last six weeks, and, being completed, might reduce or remove the selling pressure -- a bullish sign. This appears to be the case.
If it was an accumulation, then now that it's over, buying pressure would be reduced -- a bearish sign.
We all hope for the best. But unfortunately, nothing you say is NEW.
