News release

My understanding is that Dynamic Funds was the institutional buyer of the 2 million shares.

If you go to www.canadianinsider.com you will see that Eric Friedland has been acquiring shares in the open market.

All signs are pointing to a successful 2010.

2010 Diamond exploration

I think buying shares under $2 will be a thing of the past sooner than later now that the Spring program is underway. Talked to someone who knows Peregrine quite well and the only comment he had at this time is that BHP wouldn't be spending millions if they didn't think Peregrine had a good chance of finding a large diamond discovery big enough for them to be interested in mining. As he says, Peregrine has already made significant discoveries but will it be large enough for BHP to mine. 2010 should tell the story. I really like the experience of the Peregrine management team and along with BHP, 2010 should be extremely exciting.

Re: Buying opportunity

Most recent NR probably scared some investors, but overall I think there's alot of upside.

As long as BHP is committed, I'm in.

I think BHP will stay in as long as they feel the potential of a large diamond mine. That's why the exploration and drilling program will be critical in 2010.

I think there will be a diamond mine in this area, but is it large enough for BHP? 2010 should tell the story.IMHO

Re: Buying opportunity

I understand the share price drop was due to a fund going under and had to rid themselves of all their shares and so they were dumping into the market.

As for the recent NR it probably wasn't as good as most were expecting but with the 50 ton bulk sample results to be out soon as well as an update on the 2010 exploration program and with BHP on board at least through 2010 I think the upside is tremendous.

I think this is a great buying opportunity.

Re: Other Offers - from the Conference Call

It sounds like NOT was their own worst enemy by way of their puny hostile takeover bid. Once FWR was in play and not knowing if the hostile bid would go through or not, Cliff had to react and react they did. No doubt in my mind we couldof/shouldof got a better deal and maybe there will be a better offer. With FWR board unaminously supporting this offer, how many shareholders with how many shares will be able to reject this offer and accept a third offer if there is one. It's a tough decision at this moment on what to do.

Re: My wife is really

Junior112 - Haven't seen anyone else from Kelowna but you and myself. Would be nice to touch base.

Great day/week for NOT. If only I knew this was going to happen when I first bought at 8 cents.
