on sept 15 2010 v.pnn settled with meo and as the pnn website currently states it has a 3% royalty on pincher. when or if meo gets its self organized it may well be the operator of pincher as im sure brown had that hanging over their heads versus a lawsuit which pennine couldnt handle. http://www.penninepetroleum.com/i/pdf/News/2010-09-15_NR.pdf personally i think its over but there is a very small possibility that brown may pull it off but ya got a better chance at the lotto without the ticket.

well said fubar, couldnt have said it better myself. if they had a position of strength ie oil/gas flowing then it could be very different but this will happen with no income so it will get smoked. it goes to show how desparately close to the wall that we are, ie very vulnerable to being put to bed. it could have turned out so differently for the better.

scarry part is all the mgmt changeups on top of our low cash position and mushroom class(kept in the dark) news releases. i really have no idea where meo stands now with regards to ever becoming viable , sorry for the negativity but thats how i feel. we have gone from hunting elephants to a obvious life support scenario. good luck all.

mr brown now has my complete attention and i wish him every success with meo. this guy is cleaning house and restocking the company his way and maybe that is what had to be done. sure would have been interesting being a fly on the wall at meo. hope it works out for us all.

i dont know if " they are unwilling or incapable " is the correct way to call it but the end result is that they are low on cash and tn is still not producing. as for kissing it goodby i have had my finger on the sell button a few times and just cant do it although deep down i have written it off. if they have enough cash for another try in tn we may luck out yet or else drop a partner and find new money. the 50 b/p/d at current prices in alta will only keep the doors open, not move us ahead in any major way unless oil goes back up to 100 +. we need some good luck in a major way. it aint over but it sure aint lookin good to be low on cash and not producing with litttle hope of bulk financing anytime soon.happy trading.
