Are Shareholders now an Injured Party?

With these revelations now coming out in BK about how money has been siphoned off and license proceeds misallocated, is it possible that PTSC shareholders (which I think are now behind unsecured creditors in the chain of recovery) could have an interest in BK which would allow our claims to be represented before the Court, at least as unsecured creditors?

Google Patent Trolled by Rockstar

I think we are about to see how it is properly done!

“Google was aware of the patents-in-suit at the time of the auction.

Google placed an initial bid of $900,000,000 for the patents-in-suit and the rest of the Nortel portfolio. Google subsequently increased its bid multiple times, ultimately bidding as high as $4.4 billion. That price was insufficient to win the auction, as a group led by the current shareholders of Rockstar purchased the portfolio for $4.5 billion.

Despite losing in its attempt to acquire the patents-in-suit at auction, Google has infringed and continues to infringe the patents-in-suit.”

Re: Now that the litigation between Moore and TPL is over-Still

Yes, see where thay are granted rights to use, simply do not see a restriction on their ability to license or/if their ownership rights survived. Last on this as news is great and places us in a position to move forward now.

"hopefully we can present a united front against the infringing companies and..."

Yes I hope so also but their phrase in Green Arrays release " all parties are free to concentrate on their respective business activities, ..." phrase leaves open their option to sell MMP without regard to our concerns, right?? Did they surrender this option or does it still exist?

Re: Very sad news re Wolf.....

I seldom post but never missed Wolf's. He was a great man on this board. He will be missed for his interest in us as PTSC and often for his interest in us as people. RIP Wolf.

Re: PTSC board has a fiduciary duty to its shareholders. Maybe a letter or

In the News now.

"Eastman Kodak Co.'s lenders sent a letter to the board of directors reminding the company of its fiduciary duty to sell its patent portfolio for fair market value."

Action is NOT a radical unheard of action.

FWIW I sold my position a while back but would come back on better / more reliable info excaping from the BOD Black Hole.
