In my fantasy of simplistic solutions, Fung would assume Kry's corporate receivership duties to facililtate shareholder exchange of shares for value following settlement and collection. This seems so appropriate. Then I wake up and reality bites.
I do wonder how this part is going to play out.
Mom: what do u mean when u say the end of our board is coming soon?
reminder that on 5/2/13 Agoracom posted:
Dear shareholders,
There has been some concern from members that AGORACOM intends to remove the Crystallex Forum. This is not our intention. Please continue to utilize this forum as you see fit.
Best Regards,
AGORACOM
...thanking everyone who has kept these conversations so wonderfully alive. The collective effort here is better than any library!
Now, I'm all confused: what are we waiting for next? is it the VZ reply due July 2013 and then the hearing in Nov 2013? If Agoracom doesn't let us stay here, how will we find out about all this? I haven't talked to my Scottrade broker and I know I could, but wondered what some of your plans are.
TIA
" I'm sure they'll be getting in the form of crude."
I wouldn't mind if KRY got it in the form of mined gold. LOL. Yes! Pay me in gold! Small premiums for time, that would be okay.

a repost, but its not bad to re-read their grounds for our contract cancellation! KRY had a lack of progress! I expect the arbitage rulings to see the lies and award judgements for KRY accordingly. I just copy/pasted part of the article below
Crystallex Says Venezuela Terminated Las Cristinas Gold Accord

Crystallex International Corp., a Canadian gold producer and explorer, said the Venezuelan government canceled its contract to develop the Las Cristinas deposit, citing a delay of more than a year.
A letter from the state-run Corp. Venezolana de Guayana says the project in southeastern Bolivar state was “unilaterally terminated,” Crystallex said yesterday in a statement distributed by Marketwire. The letter included a copy of a resolution passed by the CVG, the state owned industrial holding company, on Feb. 3, which stated a lack of “progress” and “reasons of opportunity and convenience” as grounds for cancellation, the statement said.
